As a city developed for the blitzed WWII families of London, Harlow is a comparative newcomer to the English countryside. Evolved under contract by London’s privileged architects, Harlow was designed to cherish the industrial legacy of the region. New constructs with a converted-factory manifestation were common. Art of sculpting is really popular here, which can also be seen in our designs.
