This indoor collection incorporates a simplistic design similar to a clothesline. The main framework is a linear piece that flows around the fixture with subtle curves, and dotting the frame are alternating intervals of swiveling light heads and decorative details resembling the lights. The light connections yield an overall casual aesthetic, and the blend of steel and composite ensures both longevity and sturdy performance.

  • Is this dimmable?

    Yes, the fixture is dimmable when installed with a LED compatible dimmer switch at the wall. 

  • Does the integrated LED require that if a bulb burns out does the entire fixture need to be replaced or are individual heads available, and would they be available in the future?

    Hi Luanne,

    While each integrated LED spotlight has a minimum lifespan of 30,000 hours, in the event one does burn out, we can replace the individual spotlight as opposed to the entire fixture. We will have these parts available for as long as this fixture is active in our product line.

  • We have a vaulted ceiling, can this light be installed on this type of ceiling? Also, what type of bulbs does this fixture use. Thank you,

    Thank you for your question. Yes, this fixture can be installed on a vaulted/sloped ceiling. As to your question about bulbs, this fixture uses integrated LEDs and does not require bulbs.

  • Is this available for purchase in Western Australia??

    Hi Dawn,

    We don't ship internationally; however we have plenty of international customers. Most simply use a freight forwarder based in the U.S. to forward their shipments to them abroad.

  • I am considering using this in my kitchen where I need the counters illuminated brightly. How many lumens per light, and can additional lights be added to the track?

    This fixture produces 520 lumens per light for a total of 2600 lumens for the fixture. This should be more than enough to illuminate your counters.

  • Can this system be customized? Meaning adding/joining track and select other pendants?

    Thank you for reaching out with your question. Each track set is its own system and is not customizable.

    The systems can not be joined together/pendants can not be changed.

At Urban Ambiance, we understand that plans can change during home renovations.  So if you find yourself in a position of needing to return an item... no problem!  We'll make it easy on you with pre-paid return labels and no restocking fees!

PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

We'll cover your return shipping costs!  If your fixture has not been installed and is in unused condition, regardless of the reason for your return, simply send us a note at returns@urbanambiance.com and we'll reply back with a printable PDF return label.  This label not only ensures the fixture makes it back to the right location, but covers all shipping costs too.  Drop it off with UPS and you're done!

NO RESTOCKING FEES

Once the package arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected to confirm it has not been installed, is in good condition, and received within the 90-day return window, we'll issue you a FULL refund. For those items received outside of the 90-day return window, we will issue you store credit for the full amount you paid for the fixture. No restocking fees or any other nonsense. Its that simple.



90-DAY RETURN PERIOD

We recognize that many of our customers are purchasing fixtures well in advance of installation, and as such, we are pleased to offer a 90 day return window from delivery.  So relax... You've got time.  Should you need to return your fixture after the 90 days, we'll still honor the return, and provide store credit.
